Belo Horizonte International Airport, in Confins, CNF, expects to receive around 410 thousand passengers in October, which would represent a 35% growth compared to September. The number of flights is expected to reach 3,400, up 30% from last month.
According to BH Airport, at the terminal, all the guidelines of the health authorities and the Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) are put into practice so that people feel safe to travel through the airport, as well as to fly. To ensure the safety and comfort of passengers, as of October 9, four departure gates (19, 20, 21 and 22), located in terminal 2, will be reopened.
“We are focused on taking all the necessary measures to combat and prevent covid-19. This is reflected in more people’s confidence and in the increased demand for flights. Once again, we will have an increase in the flow throughout October and our expectation is to continue expanding this number so that the movement can return to levels previous to the coronavirus ”, said BH Airport’s Connectivity and Aviation manager, Clayton Begido.
